The first software modules of SERVIO were created in 2008 with the aim of helping hotel and restaurant businesses of Ukraine to be competitive, successful and efficient. Thus, we decided to combine the experience and knowledge of our employees and developed a set of unique management tools in the field of hospitality. HOW LONG DOES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SERVIO SYSTEM TAKE?
For the subscription option, the implementation of the system in a typical hotel is carried out within 3-4 days. With the option of buying licenses for permanent use - 3-4 weeks.
HOW DOES STAFF TRAINING IN WORKING WITH THE PROGRAM TAKE PLACE?
Staff training with automation tools can be both group and individual and is conducted online, according to a plan approved in advance with the customer.
CAN I BUY A SERVIO RENTAL SYSTEM?
Yes, SERVIO software can be purchased by paying license fees.
WHAT DOES THE COST OF THE SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION DEPEND ON?
The cost of a subscription to the program depends on the type of configuration (Base or Enterprise), the number pool (number of rooms) and the availability of additional modules and integrations.
HOW IS THE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED WHEN PURCHASING LICENSES?
Implementation of the automation system takes place in several stages:
- analysis of the enterprise and identification of its needs, formation of a commercial offer;
- concluding a contract;
- supply and installation of equipment (if included in the project);
- preliminary configuration of software modules (help systems, reporting forms, access for each user);
- personnel training;
- starting the automation system and monitoring work in the first days;
- technical support.
WHAT HARDWARE IS REQUIRED TO RUN THE PROGRAM?
To work with the program, you need ordinary computer equipment, the technical characteristics of which must meet the minimum requirements specified in the instructions for the program.
HOW DOES AFTER LAUNCH SERVICE WORK?
After launching the program, we provide 1 month of maximum category support. In the future, for subscription customers, the service (for one or another category) is included in the monthly payment. Customers who have purchased licenses can enter into a service contract for maintenance or pay for actually performed work.
WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU PROVIDE?
The software comes with a 12-month warranty. That is, issues of possible errors in the program or pre-configuration of the system, which for one reason or another were not performed during the pre-configuration process, are performed free of charge.
