What is SERVIO?
The first software modules of SERVIO were created in 2008 with the aim of helping hotel and restaurant businesses of Ukraine to be competitive, successful and efficient. Thus, we decided to combine the experience and knowledge of our employees and developed a set of unique management tools in the field of hospitality. Since then, we can boast of more than 5,000 implemented projects and access to the markets of such countries as the USA, Poland, Austria, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Spain, UAE, Hungary and others.

Expert Solution was founded in 2006 to support the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine. We created SERVIO accounting and management software, implement it and provide service support. Our company is also an official representative of ASSA Abloy Global Solutions.

2006 year
Foundation of the company Expert Solution.
2009 year
The development of the first SERVIO management tools for the hospitality industry, the beginning of the implementation of the first solutions for clients in the hotel segment.
2014 year
Selection by the Expert Solution company as a leading supplier of the SERVIO software product for the automation and optimization of the hotel and restaurant business. Opening of an office in Dnipro.
2017 year
The first introductions of SERVIO software products abroad.
2019 year
Expansion of the field of activity, opening of offices in Odesa and Lviv. Expert Solution becomes an official distributor of ASSA Abloy Global Solutions.
2020 year
Despite the year of active spread of Covid, the company released 3 new software products.
2021 year
Improving service support and launching programs for the implementation and support of customers in foreign markets.
2022 year
In the first year of the full-scale war, the company actively helps the Armed Forces and creates social program projects to help refugees and displaced persons.
2023 year
Improving service support and launching programs for the implementation and support of customers in foreign markets. The number of customers reached 5000+ in 15 countries of the world.
